1. How long does it take to edit the video?

As i mentioned, i am not a wedding video factory. We try NOT to make the video generic, we want your video to be different from the rest. This philosophy leads us to long excruciating hours, days and weeks of editing the video. I am not offering any excuses, it's just the way it is. If you're looking for a quick and speedy turnaround, i may not be what you are looking for.

2. Do you accept temporary BOOKINGS?

I do not accept pencil bookings because that lead easily gets erased :) Honestly, I've been burned quite a number of times, so the policy now is - no down-payment, no reservation. I require a 25% percent down-payment before an additional 25% after the event and the remaining on the delivery of the final video.

3. Who chooses the MUSIC?

You are given a hand to pick the music. This makes it more personal. But more often that not couples give me the free hand in deciding. Of course I choose the music based on your personalities.

4. I see that you are a photographer and an event videographer, I am on a budget can you do both ?

The answer is no. I have tried this before and it just does not work! Either I will miss some video shots or some important photographic moments.

5. What about the contract?

If you have decided that JAMEDIACREATIONS is the best fit for your event then you are required to fill out a contract and a 50% deposit to secure the date. As it gets closer to your wedding day, the videographer will request a "planning meeting" either over the phone or in person. You will receive your final product approximately 3 to 6 months after the event date.

6. Can I have my wedding on DVD?

DVD is the latest trend in videography. DVD is a much better quality picture than VHS tape because there is no loss of quality when going from a digital master tape to DVD. Urban Wedding will customize their DVDs with multiple chapter stops/scene selection and a customized case with and amazing custom designed DVD cover.

7. How about Blue Ray or HD-DVD?

These storage mediums are just starting to be used in the event video business. The cost of these mediums are still high. Currently I am not offering any HD content yet but these might change in the future as the prices go down.
